Preschool Lead Teacher Job at Kreative Kids Children's Center
Kreative Kidz Children's Center is a preschool in Silver Spring, MD looking to hire an experienced Pre-K Lead Teacher to help us continue growing. If you're hard-working and dedicated, then Kreative Kidz is a wonderful place for you to apply.
Our Preschool Lead Teacher is:
- punctual and timely each day
- flexible and accommodating
- able to maintain an overall positive and professional disposition in many scenarios
- going to foster ongoing, open communication with parents and caregivers through shared school app
- creative, and provides a classroom environment that encourages child development and learning
- happy to work towards maintaining a developmentally appropriate classroom environment that reflects the children's learning and growth
- experienced in creating monthly lesson plans to coincide with themes, seasons, holidays, etc.
- a team player with all staff- we are here for each other!
- Willing to work with Children of age 2yrs and above
Qualifications for Lead Teacher
- 1 year teaching experience
- 90-hour certification for Pre-K
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and in case of emergency a 40-pound child
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
