We are looking for two candidates that love to work with children for a full time positions (1:30pm-9:00pm) and another from (2:00pm- 6:00pm).

Monday to Friday. It is required to have high school diploma and preferably to be bilingual (English-Spanish).

Responsibilities:

• Establishes clear goals and objectives related to the Childcare Improvement Plan
• Assist staff with both long and short range activities in accordance with curriculum objectives
• Report any suspect abuse to supervisor
• Arrange a classroom environment in accordance to program goals and philosophy
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment
• Inspect and replace damaged or lost materials
• Attend in service and staff meetings
• Keep all appropriate records such as records, attendance and time sheets
• Meet all applicable licensing regulations
• Maintain daily open communication with parents
• Maintains order and discipline in the classroom conducive to effective learning and takes all necessary safety precautions to protect children, equipment, materials and facilities;
• Creates a classroom environment that provides for children involvement in the learning process and enables each student to achieve learning objectives;
• Monitors appropriate use and care of equipment, textbooks, materials and facilities;
• Attends and actively participates in staff/faculty meetings and provides input regarding the planning of instruction goals, objectives and methods;
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay: $9.00 per hour

• early childhood education: 1 year (Preferred)
