Job Description: Product Manager – Mantis Conveyor Products

Location: Claremont, NH - or Remote

Reports To: Product Management Leader

Position Summary:

As the product manager you will be responsible for driving the product growth strategy and execution for the Mantis Conveyor Products business unit. You will have B2C and B2B product management experience with a focus on product life cycle management, product planning, product line performance with a successful track record of bringing new products to market.

Essential Functions

· Launch new products into the appropriate sales channel with a focus on B2B in the industrial space with experience in distribution.

· Initiate new product development and manage the process and product life cycle from Conception to Introduction to Growth.

· Develop product strategies intended to drive revenue growth and profitability through product planning

· Lead all product management related activities and champion cross-functional activities to maximize overall product line performance including revenue growth, margin improvement, cost reduction, quality and delivery.

· Analyze data into facts and trends in order to validate company strategy and direction through market research and competitive intelligence.

· Drive and execute milestone completion through a phase-gate process to support the team and process in maintaining product schedules and hitting desired launch dates for new products.

· Collaborate cross functionally and lead indirect teams in order to drive product strategy across the organization and gain buy-in from a broad stakeholder base.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position may have direct reports and works with all departments within the company.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas, which may require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Required Education & Experience:

· Product management experience or equivalent

· Industrial and OEM and Distribution sales channel experience

· Bachelor’s degree is required.

Preferred Education & Experience:

· MBA

· 7+ years’ related experience

Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
