Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays: 8:30pm - 8:30am (36 hrs)

Sunday , Monday and Tuesday: 8:30pm - 8:30am (36hrs)

Fridays, Saturdays and Sunday: 8:30pm- 8:30am (36 hrs)

Part –Time/ Per diem Shifts:

Sunday - Saturday : 8:30am - 8:30pm (12 hrs)

Sunday - Saturday : 8:30pm - 8:30am (12hrs)

Rapid Response /Mobile Crisis Team Clinicians will serve the individuals in New Hampshire’s Carroll, Coos, and Grafton Counties. As a Rapid Response/ Mobile Crisis Clinician you will be working with a team of professionals – including first responders, health care providers, and community based agencies to stabilize a psychiatric crisis situation, avoid hospitalization and / or incarceration, and initiate immediate community based treatment. This is a fast paced, dynamic position that requires flexibility, multi-tasking and strong crisis management skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in crisis intervention or de-escalation strategies. They will possess strong crisis assessment skills, the ability to communicate and work on a multidisciplinary team and be working towards an advanced degree in Counseling or Social Work. Veterans, EMT’s and first responders encouraged to apply.

Northern Human services has outpatient offices in Littleton, Berlin, Colebrook, Groveton, Wolfeboro, and Conway NH. We will work with individuals that are hired to assign them desired shift and a home office closest to them. After training and orientation remote work is available. (Must be licensed license eligible in New Hampshire and live in New England area to qualify for remote work)

Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work. Licensed and non- licensed individuals are both welcome to apply. NHS provides supervision toward licensure and supports continuing education that is needed to maintain licensure. We offer generous benefits package. Including three (3) day work week for Rapid Response/ Mobile Crisis Clinicians. The salary for this position ranges from 50,000 for non - licensed staff to 55,000 for licensed staff.
