Do you have strong digital networking skills and a creative approach to develop a pipeline of top talent? We are looking for a dynamic self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Recruiter serves as a partner to the community Human Resources Director and other leadership team members by achieving staffing objectives by sourcing, recruiting, and evaluating job candidates This role will be responsible for building a comprehensive talent sourcing strategy for our community.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with Director of Human Resources to understand the talent needs of the business and develop an effective search strategy to build candidate pipelines for community positions.
- Responsible for the development of and execution of search techniques to generate a pool of quality candidates for open and/or projected positions.
- Build relationships with potential candidates while influencing them to see WhiteStone as the “Employer of Choice” by representing organizational brand and values at all times.
- Qualify and screen candidates for basic skill set and competencies through phone screens.
- Maintain a detailed, up-to-date portfolio of candidates – active and passive.
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques and use direct methods to engage with that talent; including personal emails/texting, cold calling, referrals and internal networks.
- Participate in intake meetings with the hiring team to develop and refine the proper profile for targeting candidates.
- Use available tools (Paycor ATS, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Indeed, etc.) to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities.
- Develop ongoing and deep partnerships with various nursing/clinical programs that incorporate everything from internships to a partnership for ongoing clinical education.
- Ensures a positive and efficient experience for prospective candidates
- Focuses on creative marketing and recruiting content for social media platforms such as community Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn promoting current career opportunities, highlighting employee achievements, and other community news to contribute to a successful employer branding strategy.
Candidates should have 3+ years of demonstrated success and research experience from high volume recruitment environment. Candidates should also have professional experience in sourcing to include Internet, research and cold-calling, as well as experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g. Paycor, Taleo, Kenexa, BrassRing). Excellent computer and social media skills a must!!
