Job Summary
Looking for Great Nurses to join our Team. Nurses that are eager to learn to provide High quality care for our Residents with Skilled Nursing needs, Long Term Care and Alzheimer's Dementia. Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepares and documents medications and treatments which are administered to residents as prescribed by the resident's Physician.
- Complete all nursing documentation forms as assigned and ensure that said documentation accurately reflects services required by the resident and provided to the residents.
- Responsible for making sure resident's physician and family are informed of medical conditions as required by regulations and facility policies.
- Complete resident's admission and discharge forms and duties as required by regulations and facility policies.
- Work using the guidelines established from the Nurse Practice Act, company standards, policies and procedures and nursing judgment.
- Implement the resident plan of care and evaluate the resident response.
- Must maintain confidentiality and resident rights, regarding all resident/personnel information.
- Standard precautions and other appropriate infection control practices are utilized with all nursing interventions.
Qualifications and Skills
Must be a Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse, currently Licensed in state where the facility is located
