RESIDENTIAL ASSISTANTS PART TIME - Locations Billerica, Bedford, Waltham, Dedham, Norfolk, Walpole, Maynard and Watertown

Residential Shifts, 3p-11p during the week, double shifts over the weekend and awake overnights 11pm to 9 am

**Hourly compensation increases for degree level and every year of prior experience. The average starting salary is $18.68 per hour and a maximum of $22.54.

Summary: Part Time Residential Assistants (RA) at The Guild for Human Services are needed in both Adult and Youth Residential Programs. We provide cared for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and other disabilities needing assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate has a strong desire to create positive impacts on their individuals’ lives and enjoys encouraging, mentoring and coaching others to achieve their goals. Guild RAs earn an average of $18.68 per hour based on education, and prior experience.

Additional Duties may include:

• Assist in the implementation of each individual's ISP/IEP and daily activity schedule.
• Practice positive behavior supports and individual behavior plans for assigned persons.
• Assist in record keeping and data collection.
• Provide supervision of assigned individual(s) to provide the best care possible.
• Able to transport individuals as needed.
