As our RN Home Care Manager you provide assessments and reassessments of clients for in-home aide services, supervise in-home aides and client care, assist with agency Quality Assurance (QA) activities including every 90-day client record reviews, are responsible for client care monitoring and communication with other appropriate team members and supervisor(s), and are responsible for following agency policies regarding procedures or duties that a RN may perform.

As our RN Home Care Manager you provide assessments and reassessments of clients for in-home aide services, supervise in-home aides and client care, assist with agency Quality Assurance (QA) activities including every 90-day client record reviews, are responsible for client care monitoring and communication with other appropriate team members and supervisor(s), and are responsible for following agency policies regarding procedures or duties that a RN may perform.

What we're looking for:
- BSN and Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) License with the NC Board of Nursing.
- 2 years of medical office or home care experience preferred, and proven ability to organize, manage and market an office.
- 5 years direct supervisory or management experience.
- A current, valid North Carolina state driver's license.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as electronic medical records) is needed.
- The ability to understand, speak, read, and write English proficiently is required. Bilingual in Spanish desired.
- Must demonstrate a high level of initiative and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results.
- A commitment and capability to build strong relationships with managers and Team Members to support open communication, and mutual trust and respect.
