About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN), your responsibilities will include:

• Oversees medication program including accuracy of medication assistance records (MARs), providing hands-on medication assistance to residents, and monitoring med passes*

• Performs treatments according to physician orders*

• Charts relevant information about residents*

• Orders and reorders medications for residents from assigned pharmacies as needed*

• Promptly responds to call lights and other requests from residents*

• Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information*

Requirements

• Must have a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license from an accredited program*

• Must have CPR certification upon hire*
