Role Summary:
Join our team as a Room Attendant and become one of the authors of our story. As part of the Auberge du Soleil family, you will be responsible for, serving the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by providing guest service and cleaning guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness.

Pay Range:
$19 - $20 / hour

Key Responsibilities:
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done! Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their teammates. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

• Cleans and disinfects assigned guestrooms in accordance with Auberge du Soleil / Forbes standards.
• Ensure that linen, towels, room supplies, and amenities are replenished and nicely arranged.
• Replenish the honor bar items daily. Ability to personalized guest service, by folding and pairing guest shoes and garments, and place all jewelry on the jewelry dish.
• Clean and disinfect common areas, including but not limited to; hallways, elevators, stairways, and other work areas so that health standards are met.
• Change bed linens at your discretion, or by guest request.
• Maintain all working tools clean and organized
• Reporting any maintenance issues and handling guest requests and complaints.
• Performing duties in a pleasant, conscientious, fun, energetic and professional manner.
• Operating effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly, and ensuring smooth service operations and quality service.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be able to clean rooms for at least 4 hours
• Must be able to stand for hours and lift 20 lbs.
• Prior similar work experience.
• Attention to detail and being able to follow the Auberge du Soleil's high standards.
• Must have a flexible work schedule as well as work holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a luxury setting, is preferred.
