Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated fast learner to provide quotes and process orders for our growing team of outside sales engineers. Specific responsibilities include:

Responsibilities include:

• Provide support to sales team on product and service information, quoting pricing & delivery, checking back orders, researching and tracking orders, etc.
• Open customer accounts by recording account information, maintain customer records.
• Coordinate communications between vendors, customers and Yamazen in all aspects of the machine order process (including specialty orders)
• Resolves product or service problems, determining the cause of the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Review, verify, assemble and maintain accurate data of equipment order in paper and electronic files in include options, notes, and delivery dates
• Coordinate and monitor domestic and international shipment, installation, training, and all logistics including schedules and checklists.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Assume responsibility for other related duties as required or assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• 1-3 years office experience, preferably in customer service, sales support, account management or logistics
• Solid writer and verbal communication skills
• Highly productive and able to work independently
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Proficient in MS Suite and CRM systems
• Excellent attention to detail and follow through
• Ability to process and enter data in systems accurately
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
