GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:

Position Purpose: The Sales Support Representative (SSR) will manage and support existing sales accounts within a geographically defined territory to achieve and exceed business plans as directed by the sales professional. SSR is responsible for providing excellent patient care, education, and instruction in addition to performing fulfillment duties, such as inventory and logistics, to support the selling function of the sales team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Principle accountabilities and responsibilities include the following:

· Build and maintain positive working relationships with physicians, therapists, and staff

· Conduct presentations and educate physicians, therapists, and staff on the Ermi program, including value proposition

· Collect and review quality paperwork from select accounts for authorization

· Schedule, coordinate, and complete patient paperwork

· Educate and instruct patients on the Ermi program/protocol

· Maintain clinic and patient accounts in company CRM

· Maintain clean and compliant storage facility and inventory counts

· Follow all federal and state healthcare regulations and company policies

· Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and ability required. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required. A minimum of 1-year experience in the customer service industry is recommended. Clinical background preferred.
