K1ds Count Therapy, LLC is seeking a speech therapist that encompasses our vision of dedication, heart, and collaboration to improve the lives of the children we serve. K1ds Count Therapy provides ABA services as well as occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, and mental health services to children at our campus in Brownsburg, our clinic in Crawfordsville, our Zionsville clinic, and at our partner schools throughout the Indianapolis area.

Our Brownsburg campus consists of an early learning and preschool building, an intermediate building for children who are preparing for school, and an old farm house that serves our children working on vocational skills. Our clients and therapists also have access to over an acre of green space and playground area. In addition, we have an outpatient program at our Brownsburg location that consists of a team of more than 40 speech , occupational , physical, and mental health therapists that serves children on and off the spectrum. At K1ds Count Therapy, we believe that a true team effort maximizes progress and changes the lives of children and families. Our collaborative approach to therapy services spans across all three of our clinic locations, with dedicated speech, occupational, and physical therapists at our Crawfordsville and Zionsville clinics as well!

Come serve with us at our Crawfordsville location that is a 10,000 sq ft ABA and autism center that has individual, small group, and classroom based treatment areas as well as a large gross motor gym and outdoor playground. Our children will participate in 1:1 ABA therapy, small and large group classroom learning, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and music therapy throughout their week at KCT.

We also proudly serve the Zionsville community. Our facility offers over 7,000 sq ft of small and large classrooms, kitchens, offices, a 3000 sq ft gross motor gym, and safe outdoor playground. Through 1:1 ABA therapy, classroom learning environments, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and music class, our clients at our Zionsville clinic are provided with a collaborative experience every day of the week! Zionsville has been a supportive and vibrant community to join, and we’ve loved using our expansive property to host events like B.E.S.T. Fall Fest for local community members and KCT families.

Lastly, we also holistically serve schools in and around the Indianapolis area through teams of RBTs, BCBAs, speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, mental health counselors, and school psychologists. At K1ds Count, we believe that a true team effort maximizes progress and changes the lives of children and families.

As a speech language pathologist at K1ds Count Therapy, you will hold a caseload of 30-35 direct hours, with the remainder being allocated for documentation, prep, and professional development. Opportunities to collaborate and grow with other SLPs are available on a weekly, if not daily basis.
