Experience Alaska Tours is seeking hard-working animated servers for our restaurant and tour company in Ketchikan, Alaska. At Experience Alaska Tours (EAT), we serve a 3-course standardized meal that includes our famous all you can eat Dungeness Crab Feast. We serve large parties of guests that travel here from all over the world.

As a seasonal server you will have the opportunity to create a fun, memorable experience for our guests as our meal time is very interactive and dependent on the energy that our servers bring.

After hours or on your day off, you will have access to fishing gear, kayaks, a personal sized boat, and a campfire area! Seasonal Servers are responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all dining and service areas in the restaurant. Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time without breaks, bend, push, pull and lift up to 25 lbs. or more with ease. Must have Alaska Food Handlers Card, TAP Card (done on site) and be able to pass a drug test. Prefer 1 year customer service experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment or tourism operation. Season runs from April to October with seasonal bonus included if contract is completed.

Applicants must be the legal alcoholic beverage serving age in the state of Alaska (21).

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Open and set dining rooms for first meals, and clean and close at end of day.
• Work with kitchen staff to facilitate the delivery of food.
• Assist with dishwashing, gift shop, laundry, and other duties when requested.
• Maintain an upbeat demeanor when serving guests
• Learn script to engage with guests in order to run an exciting tour
• Serve beverages and crab meal to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Must have great time management skills
• Must be a team player with a “how can I help” attitude
