What will you do? Using your keen attention to detail…you will add value to each component that you touch, ensuring that our clients (and their customers) receive the highest quality components to make their final product perform flawlessly.

1. Verify conformance of work piece to specifications, using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, & go-no-go gauges.

2. Lift, move, clamp, & bolt tools & fixtures on machines using hand tools.

3. Lift & position work pieces; remove work piece & scrap from machines.

4. File, grind, or scrape sharp edges, burrs, scales, or rust from work pieces, using portable grinder or hand tools.

5. Sort, mark, or tag finished work & transport material manually.

6. Visually inspect machines daily before operation & verify they are in proper working order.

7. Make sure necessary materials are present at start of job: materials, gauging, print, inspection instructions & router; ensure gauging is accounted for at completion of job.

8. Follow inspection instructions & handle parts correctly per router.

9. Clock in & out of jobs accurately within ERP system; print job cards & accounting for downtime.

10. Properly account for non-conforming parts.

11. Maintain a clean & organized work area while helping clean common areas.

12. Demonstrate working knowledge of ISO work instructions.

13. Vision corrected to 20/20 for accurate inspection of parts.

14. All other duties or projects as assigned.
