Work Schedule: Mixed and Flexible:
7am-3pm / 3pm-11pm / 11pm-7am
Work out schedule (40 hrs with Supervisor at Interview)
Observe and Report all Incidents and Daily Activities
Interact with venders and visitors to Assure Proper Access Authorization
Communicate with site supervisor to ensure safety and efficiency
Foot Patrolling throughout property to act as a safety presence for residents
Recognizing any building or property flaws and report to supervisor
Have a professional demeanor when speaking with residents, vendors and co-workers
Be on time for all shifts with proper uniform and grooming standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
