How will you make an impact in this role?
The Consumer Banking Services Organization was created to meet ongoing Card Members’ financial services needs beyond the card and build upon a broader Membership promise. This newly-formed team will drive AXP’s innovation for banking services, identifying CM needs and innovating around new digital banking products.
The Senior Analyst, Product Management, will be an essential part of the core team responsible for ongoing management and evolution of the new Customer Rewards product, with a particular focus on supporting strategies to drive adoption (acquisition) and sustained usage (loyalty). This is a highly cross-functional role and an opportunity to directly impact what is displayed to our customers throughout the end-to-end customer journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner cross-functionally to support the evolution of our customer acquisition and loyalty strategy, including development, management, and launch of key marketing assets
- Manage and maintain product toolkit, as well product Claims, FAQs and Landing Page
- Oversee annual team budget, including ownership and maintenance of tracker document, monthly updates to leadership, and partnership with key collaborators to ensure timely processing of invoices
- Develop strong partnerships with key partners including Marketing, Product Development, Legal, Risk & Compliance, Finance and Technology
- Derive insights from external environment and competitive set
Qualifications

- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Solution-oriented, strategic thinker with attention to detail
- Ability to proactively identify areas of opportunity and drive results
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and flexible amidst change
- Intellectual curiosity around Banking and Fintech space and external perspective
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and influencing skills with the ability to work with partners across different functions and communicate with all levels of colleagues
- 1+ years of professional experience
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
