We are seeking an experienced IT Consulting Manager to lead our team of consultants and deliver high-quality IT solutions to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client engagements, providing technical guidance to the consulting team, and ensuring project success. They will work closely with the executive team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client engagements and ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the consulting team.
• Develop project plans and manage project budgets and timelines.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals for potential clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulations.
• Manage the performance and professional development of the consulting team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT consulting, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Strong understanding of IT consulting industry best practices and regulations.
• Experience managing complex IT projects, including budget and timeline management.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and client engagement management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
