The primary responsibility of this role is to assist with financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the company, while also providing support to various departments including Operations, Sales, and R&D.
Key Duties Include:
- Supporting the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- Developing financial models to aid decision-making
- Analyzing financial results, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist in the annual development of standard costs for all SKUs
- Report metrics on various material costs, labor costs, and overhead costs. Help analyze variations and measure efficiencies
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis, as well as outstanding financial modeling skills and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, and manufacturing experience is considered beneficial. The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with various levels of the organization is also essential.
