Senior Product Manager

Concord Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our cloud fax product line. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the cloud fax market, as well as experience in collecting and analyzing competitor information.

As a Software Product Manager at Concord, you will act as a conduit between users and our engineering and go-to-market teams. You’ll work with users to understand their needs and what they value, possessing the technical knowledge to work with engineers to deliver on those requirements. The output of your work is a commercial product that enterprise users love and value.

In this role you’ll explore and develop product ideas, whether interviewing customers, studying competitors or investigating market opportunities. You’ll collaborate with UX, engineering and leadership to focus execution teams on the best ideas for product development, based on a data-driven prioritization process. You’ll need to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to work at both a user and technical level and have a strong focus on outcomes such as high-quality software releases and measurable value for the customer.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Develop and execute a product strategy /roadmap for our cloud fax product line at Concord Technologies.
• Conduct market research and gather competitor information to inform product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to bring new products to market.
• Act as the subject matter expert on our cloud fax products and market trends.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and gather feedback.
• With go-to-market teams, drive product adoption and usage through effective product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Represent Concord Technologies in industry events and trade shows.
• Continuously monitor the market and competitor landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Continuously monitor emerging technologies and trends in the cloud fax and document management space and develop a strategy to ensure that Concord Technologies remains an industry leader.
• Work closely with the engineering and development teams to ensure that our products are built with scalability and flexibility in mind, to be able to adapt to new technologies as they emerge.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• 7-10+ years product management experience.
• Strong understanding of the cloud fax market and trends.
• Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis.
• Proven track record of bringing successful products to market.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or engineering. Master’s degree a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with Concord Technologies products and solutions a plus.
• Certified in (or deep knowledge of) Pragmatic Marketing methodology.
• Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to both build and improve processes.
• End-to-End software product management experience.
• Experience in an agile software development organization.
• Ability to be productive in a globally distributed team through self-discipline and self-motivation.

Compensation Range: $175,000 - $190,000 Range can flux dependent on experience, education/training, etc.
