Server Job at New England Fish Market & Restaurant
Greet guests with a smile and positive attitude.
Present menus to guests and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
Take accurate orders from guests for food and beverages, enter orders into Aloha POS for transmittal to kitchen staff.
Check with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
Perform food preparation duties such as preparing salads, appetizers, and cold dishes, portioning desserts, and brewing coffee.
Making sure every table, all chairs and booths are clean and ready to seat the next guests.
Assist host or hostess by answering phones to take reservations or to-go orders, and by greeting, seating, and thanking guests.
Roll silverware, set up food stations, or set up dining areas to prepare for the next shift or for large parties.
