The Opportunity

Responsibilities

As a Snapchat Coordinator at RapTV, you’ll get to work with our team to help launch, creative direct, and manage a number of Snapchat shows/brands.

For this particular role, you will be responsible for specific strategic projects that may include Snapchat shows, YouTube, and Instagram. Your focus will be on managing & coordinating a team of creatives to produce short-form video content. You’ll be directly measured on your ability to release high-performing short-form content consistently.

Over time you’ll specifically own:

  • Identify data & news sources to uncover trends & consumer behaviors driving consumption on the Snapchat platform and have implications on content strategy.
  • Make data-driven decisions to ideate & pitch Snapchat shows to the Head of Snapchat and eventually to Snapchat themselves.
  • Own & manage Snapchat Shows end-to-end. You'll manage an editing and writing team working with them to deliver 5+ episodes per week.
  • Create 5-6 click-through-rate optimized thumbnails per episode produced and generate relevant tags, titles and end screens for publishing.
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure the timely delivery of content throughout the year.
  • Manage day-to-day activities of the content team — Videographers, Graphic Designers, Writers, and other industry professionals.

  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop.
  • Experience managing projects and working with a team of creatives.
