• Recruit, train, and coach new spa associates, massage therapists, and estheticians to ensure they are meeting their sales goals and fulfilling daily and routine duties
• Develop marketing strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profits
• Champion sales objectives, promotions, and off-site campaigns and events
• Be able to identify deficiencies and inefficiencies with employee performance and come up with improvement strategies
• Coordinate routine meetings with employees
• Successfully resolve client issues
• Perform necessary duties as assigned/required to maintain operational excellence

• Proven leadership experience managing direct reports from multiple disciplines
• Technology skills: Social media marketing, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva, etc. Zenoti or Millennium experience is a BIG plus, but not required.
• 2+ years in a leadership role with direct reports in a sales environment
• 2+ years in a direct sales role
• Inventory, payroll, purchasing experience highly desired
• Effective written and verbal communicator, organized, able to multi-task, and have great attention to detail
• Must have a team-player mindset with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds from time-to-time
• Degree to some higher education highly preferred. High school diploma required.
