Job Title: Tax Reviewer

Supervisor: Andrew Jordan, CPA

FLSA: Non-Exempt Hourly

Date: Open Immediately

The Tax Reviewer we are looking for is a stickler for excellence and accuracy, has exceptional tax review skills, and is tech-savvy and result-oriented by nature. To be a good fit for our team requires a positive attitude and a willingness to do whatever it takes to keep things running smoothly.

You Will Be:

• Using Lacerte, Office 365, and Karbon software daily
• Reviewing individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns
• Sometimes preparing complex returns for someone else to review
• Following and contributing new ideas to our tax best practices
• Interacting directly with clients as needed

You Have:

• Three or more years working in Lacerte tax software
• Experience reviewing tax returns prepared by others
• Experience working with clients in a professional setting
• The ability to not get ruffled by tight deadlines or potentially stressful situations
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A willingness to learn and follow processes

You Are:

• Professional but not stuffy
• Driven by getting things done quickly and accurately

• Passionate about helping clients
