Tenant Relations Job at Cedarcom
As Tenant Relations, you'll play a critical role in a fast-paced environment interacting directly with our most important asset, our Tenants. You'll be empowered to learn and grow with our company and play a pivotal role in building our success.
Responsibilities Include:
- Phone and email correspondence with tenants
- Lend your creativity to innovate solutions to tenant challenges
- Meet with prospective tenants and show available properties
- Maintain detailed records of all aspects of a projects development for quick access and future reference.
- Perform general office duties to include, but not limited to, emailing, answering calls, and customer support
- Works with Building Maintenance staff and vendors to compile a list of maintenance items. May open work orders. Coordinates and monitors status of work assigned to Maintenance staff and vendors
- Leverage your project-management skills to improve and implement Customer Service programs and processes to attract and retain our clientele
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- A talented communicator. You have a knack for communication oral and written
- Optimistic. You're a positive person who always looks on the bright side
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency is a must
- Ability to multitask and prioritize while staying organized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
