Position Overview:

Ensures that title work for the Credit Union is processed and maintained, including but not limited to:

• Assists with all member title correspondence including contacting dealerships, sellers, and DMV’s for each state
• Documents, organizes, scans, and maintains paperwork related to ordering new and existing titles and assists Loan Officers with necessary documentation and fees to complete the process
• Reports and meets regularly with Loan Officers and their Managers on outstanding title work. May periodically travel to the Houston and Phoenix locations
• Performs file maintenance and account changes as needed
• Travels to the County Clerk for Texas title work as needed
• Understands laws related to auto, motorcycle, boat and RV loans and title work within all 50 states
• While this position is mostly back-office, ability to assist members face-to-face and provide professional, SWACU service may be required. This position does provide back-up support for various departments, including the branch.
• Will serve as a back up to the Loan Servicing Representatives with loan funding and other service tickets.
• Other duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications:

• Comprehensive knowledge of personal computer and Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Work, and Teams
• Clear written and verbal communication while maintaining a top-notch, courteous, and professional disposition towards members and co-workers
• Ability to remain organized and multi-task and have good time management in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Understanding of SWACU’s collateral loan products
• All candidates must pass a credit and background check to be qualified

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:15am – 5:15pm

Pay:

$19.00 per hour
