Treasury Services Receptionist, South Bend, IN Job at 1st Source Bank
- Greets and check-ins all guests and directs visitors to the appropriate person or area.
- Receives and directs incoming telephone calls (6-line phone system).
- Screens phone calls, taking messages, forwarding calls as needed to appropriate personnel.
- Manages monthly desk coverage calendar, schedules conference room as needed.
- Assists in recording and tracking information for annual recruiting and employee events.
- Maintains online job postings at designated colleges and universities.
- Performs routine clerical tasks, preparation of new employee information packets. (nametags, etc).
- Creates and maintains excel files as requested.
- Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Maintains appropriate files (word, excel) and records and order supplies as necessary.
- Communicates verbally and in writing with staff to ensure all duties and tasks are covered and deadlines are met.
- Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.
- Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.
- One (1) to two (2) years of related experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel required.
- Good organizational skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior general office experience helpful; including experience in filing, data entry and answering phones.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
- Good accuracy skills.
