Main responsibilities:
Locking and unlocking premises.
Booking all vehicles, visitors and contractors on/off both sites, preventing unauthorized access.
Escalating and reporting issues as they arise to management in line with policies and procedures.
Carrying out hi-visibility patrols on sites.
Answering the phone and e-mail system in a professional and polite manner.
Operating all security equipment in accordance with current guidelines, including but not limited to CCTV systems, traffic barriers and internal security systems, checking daily footage and update reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
Carrying out computer based administrative duties, using Microsoft Suite programs such as Excel.
Producing required identification cards and access passes for staff and contractors.
Producing reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons or unusual occurrences.
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
Previous experience preferred
Proficient Microsoft Excel experience
Must have excellent attention to detail
Must work well as part of a team and be able to work alone where required
Must be able to follow processes meticulously
Must have a strong work ethic, with the ability to think on your feet
Must be IT proficient
Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00AM - 4:00PM
