The Quality Assurance Professional contributes to the overall success of the company by overseeing the following four projects:
· Standard Operating Procedures- management of the Standards Site
· Training platform and content
· Customer Surveys
· 5 Star Program
Summary of Key Responsibilities
· Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical standard operating procedures and marketing materials for technical subjects including software systems, and internal processes.
· Monitor customer experience and satisfaction through management of surveys
· Translate complex technical product information into simple and engaging content for customers.
· Manage administrative tasks for both Marketing and QA Department
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/ Skills:
· Experience with e-learning software and tools
· Ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
· Excellent writing and proofreading skills
· Team Player (Collaboration)
· Time-management & organizational skills
· Adobe InDesign // Adobe Acrobat Pro // Adobe Photoshop (a plus but not required)
· Working knowledge of SharePoint (required)
· Microsoft Word // Microsoft Excel // Microsoft PowerPoint (required)
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications Technical Writing, or related field, required.
· Experience with e-learning software and tools, desired.
· Three years of related technical writing experience required.
