We are looking for a friendly and welcoming Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to join a well-established residential and commercial glass company located in Stafford, TX. You will greet visitors when they walk in the door and determine their reason for their visit. Additional duties include answering phones and responding to emails, entering customer order information into their system, organizing files, and making copies. We prefer candidates who have some experience in an administrative role, but we are willing to train the right person. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English. Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phone inquiries and provide basic information to walk-ins and callers
- Answer phones and transfer calls to the appropriate department
- Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers
- Basic assistance with invoice organization
- Maintain a clean and organized glass showroom
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior administrative or front desk receptionist experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Highly organized multitasker and excellent time skills
- Must have a friendly and welcoming personality
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Direct Deposit and Weekly Pay Periods
