We are currently looking for a Fitness Attendant. A successful candidate for this position would be a team player, have experience in customer service, and be able to work weekends. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and sign in Members
• Prompt, poised answering of all member inquires, over the phone and in-person
• Set up and break down all fitness areas
• Monitoring and facilitation of fitness classes
• Coordinating reservations for the Tennis Department
• Maintain organized and clean fitness areas
• Friendly, polite, professional member interaction

Essential Skills:

• Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments
• Be a clear thinker, analyze, and resolve problems through good judgment
• Provide clear and pleasant communication
• Properly lift up to 50 pounds
• Sell services, equipment, experiences, products
• CPR/ First Aid/ AED Certification

Schedule:

• Full-Time/ Part-Time (Weekend availability)
• Year-round position

Essential Background:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of organization skills
• Experience in fitness or hospitality, a plus
