Ballwin Ridge Health & Rehabilitation is seeking 2 Concierge representatives. This position works in collaboration with the facility to ensure resident satisfaction.
Essential Functions and Responsabilities :
Responsible for assisting the with inquiries and tours.
Assist in preparation for admitting new and readmitted residents. Greets new and readmitted residents upon admission or as soon as possible after admission.
Assists in transferring residents to new rooms/beds, transporting residents to various activities in the facility.
Assist in fulfilling appropriate resident requests or needs or directing the request or need to the appropriate person.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highschool Diploma or releveant qualifications
