What is Required?
- Current License as required by state
- At least 1 year of experience, with home health experience and engagement required
- Experience with WellSky electronic documentation platform is a plus
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job
- Positive attitude
- Dedication to quality patient care
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to perform job duties and a valid driver’s license and insurance
