Vivi E Rentals, a leading watersports rental company located at Brown Beach on Saratoga Lake, is currently seeking enthusiastic, responsible, and reliable Jet Ski Tour Guides to join our team for the summer season. As a Jet Ski Tour Guide, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sharing your passion for watersports, and ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Lead group jet ski tours around Saratoga Lake, providing an engaging and entertaining experience for guests
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all tour participants by adhering to strict safety guidelines and protocols
• Conduct pre-tour safety briefings and demonstrations for guests
• Perform daily equipment checks and routine maintenance on jet skis to ensure they are in optimal working condition
• Assist guests with fitting life jackets and providing instruction on proper jet ski operation
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to deliver a memorable and enjoyable experience for our guests
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Possess a valid boater's license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
• Must be responsible, reliable, and punctual
• Customer service experience is a plus
• First Aid and CPR certifications are desirable but not required
