NaturaLawn of America is looking for a service minded individual who will quickly fill our open full-time Specialist position. We pay time and half after 40 hours. We also offer our Specialists production incentives and sales commissions. Typical incentives and commissions in 2022 were over $5000 and the highest paid incentive was over $10,000.

As a Lawn Specialist for NaturaLawn of America, you are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of customer's lawns through the scheduled application of our proprietary materials. This is an outside, field position that requires extensive time treating properties and diagnosing problems. Your duties and responsibilities include the application of lawn treatments, ongoing customer service and consultative sales while maintaining the highest standards of customer service, safety and productivity.

Good organizational and interpersonal skills are required. You must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record to apply for this position. Applicants with DUI's and/or at-fault accidents within the past three years are not eligible for this position. You must have reliable transportation to get to work, be physically able to lift 50# bags, be able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions and to walk several miles a day. The ideal candidate will have agronomic or turf care experience and solid customer service experience. Demonstrated mechanical experience is also a plus.

Work hours are 6:30AM to 4:00PM Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays. Starting pay is $20 per hour depending upon experience with time and a half OT. NaturaLawn of America offers paid vacations, holidays and has a comprehensive benefits package including a 401k. Prior industry experience is required with at least 1 year experience.

Qualified candidates must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a quick learner with a positive, open and upbeat attitude
• Be punctual, reliable and able to work full time hours
• Be available to work 8 to 10 hours per day, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays
• Be able to write and speak English fluently
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have a clean driving record for the past three (3) years
• Pass a criminal background check
• Be able to work independently
• Have excellent communication and people skills
