Ideal candidates should possess and have the ability to demonstrate the following:

• Passionate about quality standards and willing to uphold and enforce those standards in a high-volume environment.
• Have the ability to prepare and cook product to menu specification as well as understand and precisely follow recipes.
• Possess basic cooking temperature knowledge (what is a medium burger?)
• Have the ability to remember product combinations and execute them to order.
• Ensure that all food safety standards are met.
• Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a guest-focus.
• Be an effective communicator and team-player.
• Dependable and presentable – “walk the walk and talk the talk!”
• Ability to understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Ability to stand for 6+ hours at a time.
• Ability to carry up to 30 lbs. on a consistent basis.

Additional Info/ Requirements:

• 18+ years old

We offer our cooks the following compensation and benefits:

Cooks: $16+ per hour plus tips
