Sirius Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator for a temp to perm position in Memphis, Tennessee.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • B.S. in Business Management and/or EHS Management
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a corporate and/or manufacturing environment
  • Chemical industry experience

Duties & Responsibilities:
Production and Shipping support:
Work with the operations staff to ensure documentation of all raw material and product shipment records is accurately recorded. Manage the weekly scheduling of customer deliveries based on sales requirements. Generate BOL numbers from sales order numbers. Adjust schedule as customer requirements change.
Commercial: Create purchase requisitions and perform goods receipts in SAP. Complete the raw material reception process within SAP R11 and monitor payment of invoices.
Environmental, Health and Safety: Manage annual contractor approvals and new contractor orientation. Assist site leadership in the development and maintenance of a facility training program to include new employee orientation, contractor/visitor training, legal requirements, and best practices
Quality and Food Safety: ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 – Assist Plant Manager with the maintenance of a Quality and Food Safety Management System that achieves compliance with ISO and FSSC certification. The Manufacturing Coordinator will receive formal training to perform internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000. Monitor supplier performance and document deviations.
Wolf River Management Systems:
  • Manage the Wolf River plant document control program to support ISO 9001 and other management system requirements to include audits, incidents, training, management of change (MOC) and meeting support
  • Administer facility reporting requirements for EHS, SAP and monthly KPI’s
Incident Management: Using the ESTER system, support the EHSS Manager in monitoring the correct routing and closure of all incident reporting and MOC processes.
Training: Using available systems, continuously improve the training materials available and ensure employee training occurs as per the annual published schedule.
Employees: Control and maintain confidentiality of all employee matters including medical records and personal requests. Collect and manage all employee data in hard copy form and in the ADP system such as pay increases, vacation rollover and annual allotment. Submit background checks, schedule physicals and new hire orientation.
Manage office related issues such as:
  • Office cleaning
  • Garden servicing
  • Uniform supply and laundering
  • Photocopier supply and service agreement
  • The inventory of office consumables and breakroom supplies
  • General administrative issues and inquiries
Encompass Driver and Fleet System:
  • Oversee the electronic vehicle management system to include vehicle credentials & renewables such as licensing/permitting and inspection requirements, review quarterly fuel reports and track and schedule maintenance and parts inventory
