Responsibilities:
· Answering phone calls and making phone calls
· process online store orders, including Amazon, and Walmart orders.
· sending and replying emails using MS Outlook.
· Assist in UPS shipping process; create shipping labels and schedule pickups as needed
· Serving retail store customer.
· Listing products to Amazon, Walmart and other online stores.
· Perform various administrative tasks
· invoice and inventory using Quickbooks.
Skills:
-Fluent in the English.
-Spanish speaking is preferred but not a must.
-Good Communication manner and skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Google Sheet.
-Ability in using general office equipment.
-Active and quick in finishing tasks
-Photoshop is an advantage.
Minimum of one year of relevant office experience is required.
