Operations Manager (restoration or home/property insurance exp. req.) Description

Our client in the restoration services industry is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee their location in Aurora, CO. You will be responsible for the overall performance of their location including its 9 team members. To achieve this, you will work cross-functionally with marketing, senior leadership, vendors, and HR to ensure this location’s profitability by forecasting, budget management, reviewing market trends, ensuring quality control, and building client relationships. A background in restoration or home/property insurance is a must to assimilate quickly and begin optimizing operations. If you are looking for more of that traditional 8-5, this wouldn’t be a good fit. However, if you are looking to act as if you are the owner/operator and would enjoy being the face of a location, this could be a great fit. You will have the benefit of onboarding and training with the current Operations Manager who has made this a profitable location that is in the process of scaling up more! This isn’t an environment where you will be micro-managed. Instead, you will have the support of a seasoned leader who prides himself on being available to his team of managers whether that is through flying out to show physical support or determining which of their other collective 400+ team members can help lend a hand when larger, timely projects occur. Ultimately, if you are looking to make a change and have more autonomy in improving operations while working with a leadership team that is truly helpful and not just a figurehead, this is a wonderful opportunity to join a profitable team that is still growing exponentially.
