The Role

Looking to hire a full time paralegal. You are required to have at least a Certificate in Paralegal Studies (Bachelor Degree not required). Three years plus of experience in Workers Comp and Personal Injury within a legal firm. Entry level candidates encouraged to apply!

Some of your duties will include the following:

  • Drafting Pleadings
  • Prepare Exhibits for Hearings and Conferences
  • Medical Records Requests
  • Average Weekly Wage/Temporary Partial Disability Calculations
  • Medical Chronologies
  • Vocation Rehabilitation Chronologies
  • Requesting Social Security Records

· Indexing Files

· HEAVY EMPHASIS on knowing/willing to learn Adobe Pro.

All paralegals are working full time in a hybrid schedule. The firm has moved to a paperless system where you will receive medical records in pdf form and you will need to learn to navigate/edit documents in Adobe Pro

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
