About us
Cerebral Palsy of Westchester provides services to adults with developmental disabilities in Westchester County. Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem Afternoon and Evening shifts are needed for our residential program located in White Plains, New Rochelle, and Rye Brook, NY . The Residence Counselor is responsible for providing direct care service to Adult individuals living in supervised residential settings and to do so in a manner that promotes growth, independence and dignity for those individuals we serve ensuring the overall quality of life.
Job Description:
As a Residential Counselor you'll be feeding, changing, toileting and caring for our participants. Since the residential program is a 24/7, individuals will need to be able to work weekends in order to qualify for any of the positions.
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma is required.
- College degree is preferred.
- Experience working with the Developmentally Disabled Population
- *Valid NYS Driver's License
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
