We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Specialist based in out NY headquarters in Wappingers Falls, NY. This role is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement and option for a compressed work week.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Specialist based in out NY headquarters in Wappingers Falls, NY. This role is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement and option for a compressed work week.
The ideal candidate will:
- Process accurate quotes and proposals in a timely manner
- Respond and converse with customers in a timely fashion to ensure satisfaction with quotes and facilitate revisions as needed.
- Primary administrative point of contact for Client Executives, Regional Channel Managers, National Accounts and Government team.
- Provide administrative support for regional events (Mini SUN, Major SUNs, and workshops)
- Proactive interaction with Customer Success team and other internal stakeholders to initiate and complete administrative tasks.
- Provide quality service to Laerdal’s internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding Laerdal Values
- Utilize established best practices for all activities throughout the sales support process
- Engage with customers in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure quotes and proposals are created within established standards with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Delivery of quotes to customers within 8 business hours and proposals within 24 business hrs.
- Accurate Salesforce entries for opportunities and activities
- Assemble materials for Mini SUNs, Major SUNs, and workshops
- Seek out new innovative approaches to support the sales team
- Consistent and full adherence to all Laerdal policies and a leader in the use of Salesforce
- Create quotes, sole source letters, proforma and manual invoices, and Fed-Ex labels
- Enter opportunities and activities. Updating past due opportunities under direction of Client Executive.
- Verifying contract eligibility and pricing
- Consult with Client Executives to ensure quotes are inclusive of all needed components with consideration to customer’s existing equipment and needs
- Enter no charges for the Client Executives, Regional Channel Managers, National Accounts, Government team and Team Members in LNY and LTX offices.
- Complete and send Education Market Order Form with quotations for all LWW products
- Check stock availability and lead times
- Research order status
- Research account credit terms and account status
- Order literature
- Prepare materials (i.e.: Badges and agendas) for Mini SUNs, Major SUNs and Workshops
- Sort and email CVent registrants for Major Suns
