Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled business development rep and producer to help us grow our expanded market share. If you are looking for an opportunity to step into an industry where top performers consistently earn six figures or just looking for a role that will enable you to use your impressive business development and sales skills to supplement your income, we would love to chat with you.

On top of the commission paid for every set appointment, we offer a commission sharing program that will allow the top performers to earn well into the six-figures passively.

This role is designed for a creative, hard working business development rep to reach out to local businesses to prospect and set up appointments.

Responsibilities

· Build out a list of local businesses that fit best-practice criteria

· Consistently reach out to potential business clients with professionalism and friendliness

· Follow appointment setting procedure (so you can get paid!)

· If commission sharing, maintains necessary state licenses

· Prospect to local businesses by phone, email, and in-person visits

· Respond in a timely manner to all client requests

· Bi-weekly trainings and meetings with leadership to ensure we are supporting you well.

· Maintain record of all businesses contact and their responses.

Experience/Requirements

· 1-2 years B2B business development experience (preferred. If not, we can train you.)

· 0-2 years sales experience

· Experience in insurance or finance (retirement) a plus

· Looking for someone who wants to break into high income sales working for yourself.

· Must be coachable

· Hard working, ambitious, and creative

· Must have reliable computer and phone

Opportunities/Trainings

· If you are doing commission sharing, potential commissions is in the $40k-$60k range for a successful rep

· We’ll providing coaching, resources, email templates, and phone scripts

· On going trainings

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $55,256.66 - $155,561.57 per year
