POSITION SUMMARY:

101 Digital is looking for a Tier 2 Senior Technical Analyst. We're looking for someone to come in and hit the ground running. If you're a self-starter that wants to continuously improve your technical knowledge and work in a team environment, this is the role for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide world-class customer service and mentor others to do the same
  • Troubleshoot and analyze technical issues and situations with critical thinking skills
  • Research technology improvements for our customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • To produce detailed documentation for customers and the team
  • Mentor and guide other technicians in a positive supportive team environment

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Great customer service skills
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • More than one year experience using Connectwise, HaloPSA, or Autotask (or similar PSA) with full time tracking.
  • Strong understanding of configuration and support for all Microsoft Office 365 components.
  • Minimum two years of experience working for a Managed Services Provider.
  • Solid knowledge and experience with networking concepts such as IP addressing, Subnetting.
  • Cloud experience (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS) strongly preferred.
  • Basic computer hardware configuration and troubleshooting experience.
  • High level knowledge in Networking Equipment (Meraki, Sophos, Unifi)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
