Responsibilities:
- Identifies key opportunities to drive sales and grow basket size through bundles, promotions, sampling and other key assortment drivers.
- Understands the overall digital strategy to identify future opportunities for assortment growth through delivery models.
- Drives assortment sales and basket size growth through development and implementation of key assortment optimization opportunities.
- Informs the assortment guidelines for app, including ranking, order, image guidelines and other key attributes.
- Applies data and customer insights to identify future growth opportunities across categories within the app.
- Partners closely with the Merchandizing teams to enhance product visibility and growth
- Recommendations from analytical deep dives on last mile delivery partner performance, store performance
- Determine the optimum location to enable delivery across new stores
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
- 3-5 Years of Analytical experience.
- 3-5 Years of Experience in SQL and Power BI.
- Experience preferred with R, Python,and Alteryx.
- Microsoft Office skills.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment
This is role is based onsite in Irving, TX.
